My bespoke signs are cut out of foamex using my CNC Router in Warrington, Cheshire.
Foamex is a brand name of a material that is made when PVC foam is compressed to create a board or sheet.
Foamex sheets are extremely lightweight yet strong so ideal for display purposes.
I cut each individual piece to shape, sand, prime and then paint using a premium spray paint with a high opacity giving a lovely finish.
Each piece is then carefully bonded into place producing a stunning, bespoke finish.

The backboard measures 1000mm wide and 750mm height
(1003mm at its maximum width including overhanging cupcake and 750mm at its maximum height up to the strawberry)
The backboard is 10mm thick and the layered pieces are 5mm thick.
It can be collected from WA1 area of Warrington, Cheshire or posted out to you at an additional cost.
