Buying Products

Making a purchase with iBrand Home is so simple. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy, add your personalisation if neccasary and add to your cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'View cart' and then 'Check out'. You will then be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

When confirmation of your iBrand Home order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. 

​

You will receive a confirmation of your order and then we will get your item/s in to production.

​

We reserve the right to temporarily remove any item for sale on our website, and also to completely discontinue any item.

Shipping

We offer shipping at the following rates:​

Small signs - £4.99

Large signs - £9.99

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

 

Depending on the item, we will deliver your product via courier depending on the size of the item you have purchased.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the postal information you input for delivery is correct. Errors in the address may cause unnecessary delay and/or result in unsuccessful delivery of your items. On occasion we may need your phone number so we (or the Courier service we use) can contact you regarding delivery.

​

There may be affected by factors over which iBrand Home has no control, including incorrect delivery addresses, delays with couriers, customs delays and Post Office delivery restrictions. Orders affected by such delays may take longer to arrive.

Pick-up is available free of charge from our address in Warrington, Cheshire, UK.

Please select this option in the check out page if you wish to pick up your item instead of paying for delivery. Please note, pick-up will only be available Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is ready to collect.

We do not offer international shipping.

Dispatch

We aim to dispatch items as follows:

Non-personalised signs - 1-3 days

Personalised signs - 3-5 days

If you purchase multiple items together they should be delivered together, but please note that this cannot be guaranteed (due to size, weight and availability of the item etc).

Returns

You have the right, under the distance selling act to refuse/return an unwanted item within 7 days. The 7 day period begins on the day of delivery.

The liability for the delivery and return postage is upon you. If you have received an item that is incorrect or faulty, you must notify us as soon as you have received it, within the indicated time scale of these delivery terms.

Please note that personalised items are non refundable under any circumstances, as they are supplied to order. Please contact us for any further advice on this matter.

Items will be replaced at no cost to you once we received evidence of damaged goods. Evidence can be provided by emailing a photograph to us of the damaged items. We will refund if you wish. If the fault is ours we will replace or refund immediately.

 

We will not be liable for the cost of postage for any returned items, however if a new item is shipped out as a replacement, we will cover this charge.
